1. Who we are

2. How the site works

The site presents our products with prices in Romanian lei (RON). NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. is not VAT-registered (according to the ANAF registry), so the displayed price is the final price to pay — no VAT is added. There are no online payments on the site: the cart and the quote form serve to send a request, based on which we prepare a concrete offer (products, final price, delivery). A contract is concluded only by the express acceptance of the offer by both parties.

Displayed prices and stock are informative and may be updated; the offer we send contains the final conditions, including delivery terms.

3. Warranty

Products carry the legal conformity warranty under Romanian GEO 140/2021 — for consumers at least 2 years from delivery. On delivery you receive an invoice and warranty certificate issued by NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L..

4. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal under Romanian GEO 34/2014 — details on the Return policy page.

5. Intellectual property and liability

The site content (texts, images, trademarks) belongs to NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. or its partners and may not be reused without consent. We strive for accuracy; obvious display errors are not contractually binding — the valid conditions are those in the accepted offer.

6. Disputes

Romanian law applies. Consumer complaints can be filed with the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) — information and forms at anpc.ro. Alternative dispute resolution: anpc.ro/sal.
