1. Who we are

2. How the site works

The site presents our products with prices in Romanian lei (RON). NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. is not VAT-registered (according to the ANAF registry), so the displayed price is the final price to pay — no VAT is added. From the cart you can either place an order (section 3) or send a quote request, based on which we prepare a concrete offer (products, final price, delivery); for a quote, a contract is concluded only by the express acceptance of the offer by both parties.

Displayed prices and stock are informative and may be updated; the valid conditions are those in the order confirmation or the accepted offer, including delivery terms.

3. Orders, payment and delivery

An order placed on the site is a request to purchase the products in the cart at the displayed prices. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order: for cash on delivery or cash on pick-up, after we contact you by phone or e-mail; for bank transfer, after the amount arrives, when we confirm the order by e-mail or phone. If we cannot fulfil the order (for example a product is no longer available), we notify you and, if you have already paid, refund the full amount paid.

You choose the delivery method on the order form:

• By courier, to the address given in the order.
• To a Sameday easybox locker you choose from the list; when the parcel arrives in the easybox, Sameday sends you the pick-up code.
• Pick-up in person at our premises: Str. Körösi Csoma Sándor, Nr. 9/A, Com. Ditrău, Jud. Harghita. After the order we contact you by phone or e-mail to arrange the pick-up time.

Delivery cost: courier delivery is free when the product value is at least 500 lei (below that it costs 25 lei); easybox delivery is free from 300 lei (below that it costs 9,99 lei). Pick-up in person is free of charge. The delivery cost is shown as a separate line in the cart and in the order; the total to pay is the sum of products and delivery.

Payment can be made in the following ways, chosen on the order form:

• Bank transfer — after sending the order you receive the bank details of NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. (beneficiary, IBAN, bank), the amount to pay (products + delivery) and the order number, which you enter as the payment reference. The order is processed after the amount arrives in our account: it is shipped (courier or easybox) or prepared for pick-up (pick-up in person). If a product is no longer available, we notify you and refund the full amount paid.
• Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) — only with courier or easybox delivery: you pay the amount to the courier when the parcel arrives, or when you collect the parcel from the easybox.
• Cash on pick-up — only with pick-up in person: you pay the amount in cash when you collect the order.

There are no online card payments on the site.

The delivery time, or the pick-up time, is communicated when the order is confirmed.

4. Warranty

Products carry the legal conformity warranty under Romanian GEO 140/2021 — for consumers at least 2 years from delivery. On delivery or at pick-up you receive an invoice and warranty certificate issued by NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L.

5. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal under Romanian GEO 34/2014 — details on the Return policy page.

6. Intellectual property and liability

The site content (texts, images, trademarks) belongs to NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. or its partners and may not be reused without consent. We strive for accuracy; obvious display errors are not contractually binding — the valid conditions are those in the order confirmation or the accepted offer.

7. Disputes

Romanian law applies. Consumer complaints can be filed with the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) — information and forms at anpc.ro. Alternative dispute resolution: anpc.ro/sal.
