Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you bought as a consumer at a distance (e.g. based on an offer accepted by phone or e-mail), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving reasons, under Romanian GEO 34/2014.

2. How to return

Notify us of the withdrawal within the 14-day period at office@neumanntechnology.eu or +40 770 186 841, with an unequivocal statement. Then return the product within at most 14 days to: Str. Körösi Csoma Sándor, Nr. 9/A, Com. Ditrău, Jud. Harghita. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, as per GEO 34/2014.

3. Refund

We refund the amounts received within at most 14 days of your withdrawal notice; as allowed by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you prove that you have sent it.

4. Condition of the product

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases set out in Art. 16 of GEO 34/2014 — for example, products personalized to the customer's specifications.

6. Model withdrawal form

You may use the model below (per the Annex to GEO 34/2014), but it is not mandatory — any unequivocal statement is accepted:

7. Warranty unaffected
