2. What data we process and why

The quote request form: your name and phone number (required), e-mail address and message (optional), and the products added to your cart if you choose to include them. We use them exclusively to prepare the requested quote and to contact you about it — i.e. for pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

The order form: your name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address (county, city, street), optionally the company name and tax ID (CUI, for a company invoice) and your notes, plus the products in your cart. We use them to confirm and fulfil the order (contact, delivery, invoicing, warranty) — i.e. to perform the contract concluded at your request and to meet our legal invoicing obligations.

The shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Its contents only reach us if you place an order or submit the quote form with the products included.

The site does not use marketing cookies.

Usage statistics (only with your consent). If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we switch on Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Without names or contact details, they show us which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and how pages are scrolled (Clarity anonymously records mouse movement and clicks; form fields are masked). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you choose “Reject”, these tools are not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time:

3. Where the data goes

Orders and quote requests are delivered to us as notifications sent through the Telegram service (Telegram Messenger Inc.), accessible to NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. staff — the transmission therefore involves a third-party provider that may process data outside the EU. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; requests to the site pass through its infrastructure. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep quote request data as long as needed to handle the request. Order data is kept for the duration of order fulfilment and the warranty, and invoicing data for the period required by legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). For any request write to office@neumanntechnology.eu.
