2. What data we process and why

The quote request form: your name and phone number (required), e-mail address and message (optional), and the products added to your cart if you choose to include them. We use them exclusively to prepare the requested quote and to contact you about it — i.e. for pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

The shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Its contents only reach us if you submit the quote form with the products included.

The site does not use marketing cookies and does not run traffic-analytics services.

3. Where the data goes

Quote requests are delivered to us as notifications sent through the Telegram service (Telegram Messenger Inc.), accessible to NEUMANN TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. staff — the transmission therefore involves a third-party provider that may process data outside the EU. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; requests to the site pass through its infrastructure. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep quote request data as long as needed to handle the request and, if an order follows, for the period required by legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). For any request write to office@neumanntechnology.eu.
